WHat Is The Stillness Practice and what is its purpose?

The Stillness Practice is a large part of our meditation, it is done to relax your mind and body in order to get you ready for the journey within. Stillness is important when it comes to meditating, it allows for a special kind of self- awareness.

The quote that inspired this entire meditation is Luke 17:21, "The Kingdom of God does not come with observation; Nor will they say, “See here!” or “See there!” For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you." This beautifully captures why we think the stillness practice is so important.

What if I am having a hard time with reaching stillness?

The Kingdom Within is meant to guide you to some point of stillness. It is important to note that this may only be a moment of stillness of even just a quick glimpse into it.

We suggest that you take each meditation as it is and let the stillness come to you.  Stillness takes practice and is not something that comes easily. Some days will be more difficult than others.
